Dr. P. Praveen Kumar is a doctorate in the field of FINANCE; completed M.COM and MBA in the same discipline; University 1ST Rank holder. His teaching interests cover the area of financial accounting, financial management, mergers and acquisition and security analysis and portfolio management. He has published more than 50 research articles in national and international journals which include SCOPUS, UGC APPROVED and others.
Dr. Gomathi Sankar. J, B.E., MBA., PGDSRM., PGDIPSY., PhD
Associate Professor - Marketing
Dr. Gomathi Sankar is a member of SSM since 2015. Prior to this, he served as full time research scholar in Department of International Business at Pondicherry University. Dr. Sankar develops and teaches a course on Marketing Management, Services Marketing, Advertising and Sales Promotion, Sales Management, and Consumer Behaviour for post graduate students. A pure educationist by choice, he has been involved with teaching and research in marketing field. His wider areas of research include Internal Marketing, Services quality, Information diffusion, ICT, and MOOCs. His work has been published in scopus indexed and UGC listed journals. Dr. Sankar holds a PhD from Pondicherry University, Masters in Business Administration from ANNA UNIVERSITY, Thirunelveli. Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering from ANNA UNIVERSITY Chennai.
Dr. Arlin Rooshma, MBA., M.Phil., Ph. D
Dr. Arlin specialises in Human Resource Management and has twelve years of teaching experience in both national and international educational institutions. She acquired her PhD in Management from Madurai Kamaraj University. She completed her undergraduate degree from Stella Maris College, Chennai and post-graduate degree in Business Administration from Ethiraj College for Women, Chennai. She also holds a M. Phil degree from Madurai Kamaraj University. Prior to teaching, she has two years of experience in the corporate industry as HR Executive. Dr. Arlin firmly believes that a great deal of understanding the needs of students is required in order to successfully transfer knowledge and desirable skills that would eventually increase their employability in the industry.
